Arzopa S1 Table Portable Monitor Review: The Best Travel Display Under $150

The portable monitor market has matured considerably. Two years ago, the choice was between compromised display quality and sky-high prices. Today, the Arzopa S1 Table proves that 1080p IPS quality, solid build, and genuine portability are all achievable under $150.

Display Quality

The 15.6-inch IPS panel covers the full sRGB gamut with good uniformity and accurate colours. For colour-critical work like photo editing, the lack of a factory calibration report and the absence of DCI-P3 coverage are relevant caveats. But for the vast majority of use cases, the panel quality exceeds expectations at this price.

USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode carries both power and signal from a single cable. On a modern laptop with Thunderbolt or USB4, connection takes under 30 seconds. The HDMI port adds compatibility with gaming consoles, streaming devices, and older machines. Having both inputs is a meaningful practical advantage over single-port competitors.

The Stand

The built-in stand adjusts from approximately 20 to 75 degrees and feels stable at every angle. Most competing products require a case or separate stand to achieve this — adding bulk and cost. The Arzopa’s integrated solution is cleaner and more convenient in practice.

Real-World Use

In a hotel room, the Arzopa converted a cramped desk into a proper dual-monitor workspace in under two minutes. In a coffee shop with limited surface space, the adjustable stand allowed a shallower angle that worked within the available footprint. For remote workers who move between locations, this kind of flexibility has direct productivity value.
